The new Wire Cutting EDM machines carry “YCM EXCETEK” badge, following on the same YCM tradition for its advance and innovative design, reliability, total solutions, and the famous first class global sales and service networks.

All YCM EXCETEK machines are built with High Rigidity Box Structure Base designed by utilizing advanced FEM analysis to ensure highest standard.
The extended distance between THK linear guideways, C1 class ballscrews with cryogenic treatment, and a high resolution AC servo motor are employed to achieve exceptional cutting precision.

The YCM EXCETEK employs proven Windows XP-Embedded control operating system for more capable, reliable and flexible. Together with 15” TFT Touch Screen and RTX real time extension software to achieve optimal control, performance, and unsurpassed end-user experience.

Threading is done directly at the break point with no need to return to the starting point when wire breakage. This gives YCM EXCETEK AWT an advantage over its competitors.

YCM EXCETEK’s exclusive EF(AC) Electrolysis Free Generator System provides cutting performance improvement and rivals the standard circuit design by 10% or more.

YCM EXCETEK Product range consists of both flushing-type and submerged-type
models in a variety of specifications to meet different requirements.

Model V500 with Hyper Surface
Utilizing high frequency technologies on surface finish, a roughness less then Ra0.2umm can be obtained by SKD-11 /50mm with 1 cut 4 skims.

Model V650 Double door and high speed cutting circuit (Option)
High capacity machine with double door design for easy operation, with high speed cutting module circuit capable reaching 320mm2/min, with 0.33mm Zinc Cladding wire / SKD-11 80mm thickness work piece.
